Developmental play class
This is a welcoming space for babies to explore movement while their adults get to connect with other families in the same stage of life.

CRAWL UP TALL: 6 months to walking (12-15 months)
This group is for babies who are sitting pretty well and ready to get moving! Motor skill practice will focus on crawling, pulling to stand and taking independent steps. Educational topics will include encouraging independent play, helping communication bloom and the big job of picking baby’s first shoes.

Mondays 11:30 am-12:15 pm
Week 1: Sitting Skills: getting in and out on their own and mastering their side control.
Week 2: Mobile movers: army crawling, hands and knees
Week 3: Pulling to stand: getting up tall
Week 4: Pre-walking and walking skills + first shoe discussion
Week 5: Back carrying Basics: Bring your own carrier to practice with or try on from Dr Lizzy’s learning library
TUMS + BUMS: 6 weeks to ~ 6 months
This group focuses on early developmental skills including rolling, tummy time and sitting. Educational topics will include topics like readiness signs for starting solids, choosing
Mondays 10:30-11:15 am
Week 1: Hello Baby! Early Bonding, Communication + Connection with movement
Week 2: Tummy time and toys: Getting baby comfortable on their belly and suggested toys and equipment for play.
Week 3: Rolling with it! The first independent moves
Week 4: Sitting Up for Solids: equipment, readiness signs, BLW vs spoon feeding and more!
Week 5: Babywearing Safety: Bring your own carrier or try on from Dr Lizzy’s learning library
Week 6: Putting it all together! Developmental sequence and questions
