Early Intervention: Birth to 3 years old

Early Intervention (EI) provides developmental support for children from birth to age three who may have delays or medical conditions that affect development. Services are provided in your child’s natural environment; typically your home or daycare.

As an Early Intervention physical therapist in Chester County, Dr. Lizzy collaborates with families and other members of the EI team to support your child’s movement, play skills, and overall development.

Families are able to self-refer if they have concerns about their child’s development. If eligible, a team works with your family to create an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and begin services. You can find the contact for Chester County’s early intervention department here.
