Infant Massage & Gentle Bodywork
Infant massage and gentle bodywork provide a nurturing way to support your baby’s comfort, development, and connection with you. Through guided touch and movement, these techniques can help support body awareness, digestion, relaxation, and sensory regulation, while also strengthening the bond between caregiver and child.
During sessions, caregivers learn simple massage techniques they can confidently use with their baby at home. We may also incorporate gentle bodywork approaches, including craniosacral therapy, which focus on supporting the natural balance and mobility of your baby’s body. These techniques can be especially helpful for babies experiencing tension, torticollis, feeding difficulties, reflux, colic, or trouble settling and sleeping.
Sessions are calm, supportive, and educational—giving caregivers practical tools to help their baby feel more comfortable while building confidence in using nurturing touch as part of everyday care.
Infant massage and gentle bodywork can be beneficial for babies who:
seem uncomfortable or tense
struggle with gas, reflux, or digestion
prefer turning their head one direction
have difficulty settling or sleeping
are rolling off belly or from back to side when <3 months
are working through early movement or feeding challenges
These sessions focus on helping both baby and caregiver feel more relaxed, connected, and supported.
